1. Open Control Panel:
· For Windows XP click Start > Control Panel.
· For prior operating systems click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Open Add or Remove Programs.
3. Locate the corresponding iolo technologies product on the list of installed programs and click Remove.
4. Follow the associated instructions to uninstall the application.
5. Restart your computer as prompted to finish the uninstall process.
6. From the new computer, download the latest release of the iolo product that you purchased from the iolo technologies Customer Care website located at http://www.iolo.com/customercare and reinstall.
