How do I check to see what version of System Mechanic I am running?
Answer
System Mechanic 6:
1. Start System Mechanic 6 and select Options.
2. Select About System Mechanic.
3. A blue dialog box titled "About System Mechanic" will appear, displaying the Version, User ID and Serial Number.
4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
System Mechanic 7:
1. Start System Mechanic 7
2. Locate the box labeled Updates located on the right side of the System Mechanic 7 homepage.
3. Click the link entitled Version Info. The version of the product will displayed within the dialog that appears.
4. Click OK to close the dialog.
System Mechanic 8:
1. Start System Mechanic 8
2. Click Help to open a drop down menu.
3. From the drop down menu select About System Mechanic.
4. Click OK to close the dialog.
