How do I renew or extend my product subscription?

Answer

  1. Access My Account:
    1. If you have already signed up for My Account, login to your account by clicking here.
    2. If you have not signed up for My Account, create an account now by clicking here.
  2. Once you have logged in, locate the product you wish to renew or extend under the My Products list.
  3. Locate the Subscription Status bar within the product listing, then select a subscription option (e.g. 12 months for $29.95) and click Renew/Extend to continue.
  4. Enter your billing and payment details, then click Place order to complete your product renewal.
