Windows 98/ME
Support for Windows 98 and ME platforms has been discontinued in System Mechanic version 7.5 and later.
Windows 2000
Support for Windows 2000 has been discontinued in System Mechanic version 9.5 and later.
While iolo seeks to make its products available to the widest range of customers, supporting the architecture of older operating systems can become a limiting factor in the advancement of product technology. Discontinuing support for these operating systems will allow us to offer new, more powerful tools and features in the future.
