See the Online Assistance pane on the lower, right side of the Home page.
The Online Assistance pane provides quick access to the "Find Answers" page of iolo's Customer Care Web site. This page allows you to read the Knowledge Base articles that contain the keywords you enter.
An open Internet connection is required.
Type in the text you want to search for.
Click the green arrow. The Customer Care page opens in your Web browser, displaying links to all the Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and tutorials that contain the text you entered.
Click on a link to view the detailed information.
Note: On startup, the pane initially displays the Search for field. You can toggle between hiding and showing this detail.
To hide/collapse the details in the pane:
Click the dash (—) icon at the top of the pane. The pane collapses (and the icon changes to a box).
To show/expand the details in the pane:
Click the box ( ¨ ) icon at the top of the pane. The pane expands (and the icon changes to a dash).
