Lost your licensing information?

If you purchased your product directly from iolo technologies, or from some other online or retail merchant and registered it with us through your iolo My Account, you can instantly retrieve your licensing information by entering the email address you used at the time of purchase or registration in the field below and clicking "Lookup."

If you purchased your product from a third-party Web site or retail store but never registered it with iolo technologies, you will need to provide iolo with proof of purchase so that a replacement license can be generated for you.

1. Locate a copy of your original purchase that shows a record of the iolo technologies product purchase.
2. Provide a copy of your receipt to the attention of the iolo technologies Customer Support department.

3. Include in your correspondence the following information:

Mailing address
Email address
Daytime telephone number
The iolo product you purchased
Where you purchased the iolo product
After we have received and reviewed your information, an iolo technologies representative will contact you with your replacement licensing information or a request for additional information if necessary.
