We are aware that a number of iolo customers have received ‘New Expiration Date Information’ emails for past transactions in error. Please be assured that you have not been charged again for your software renewal nor has your renewal service been reactivated if you have previously cancelled it. We regret any inconvenience or concern these emails may have caused and we are working to prevent any similar instances in the future.
