On the first screen, select a file for the download test.
You can select from sample files of different sizes (all the sample files come from the same test location), or type in a specific location and file:
Test download rate of 100 kilobyte file
Test download rate of 500 kilobyte file
Test download rate of 1 megabyte file
Test download rate from a location I specify
If you select this option, a "Specify a file to download field" field will display. Type in the location in http format. For example: http://www.website.com/filename.exe

When you have made your selection, click Next to start the test download.
