The Manage Preferred Programs List window displays the programs you've designated as being ones that you use (by clicking I use it next to a program on the Redundant Programs Detected screen).
To open the Manage Preferred Programs List window, click View/edit from the Introduction screen or the Summary screen of the wizard.
Note: The View/edit link displays only if you have at least one program in your Preferred Programs List.
For each program that you've added to the Preferred Programs List, the following information displays:
Category: The software category the program belongs to, such as PDF readers or Disk defragmenters.
Program name: The program's name.
Date added: The date you added the program to the Preferred Programs List.
To remove a program, click Remove. It will no longer be on the Preferred Programs List.
