Overview of Optimize Windows Startup wizard
User community results are statistics that represent the tendency of System Mechanic users to keep on or turn off startup programs detected as potentially unwanted by the Optimize Windows Startup tool. These statistics are continually updated to accurately show the overall trends towards these programs.
Note: User community results are intended as research tools only, not as recommendations to keep or turn off any program.
User community results can provide a valuable resource to users who are uncertain which startup programs to keep on or turn off. For example, if the user community results rating shows that your peers overwhelmingly decide to turn off a particular startup program, you may feel more confident that disabling it will be beneficial.
User community results for the Optimize Windows Startup tool are represented by two colored percentage bars.
Green represents the percentage of users who chose to keep that program on.
Red represents the percentage of users who chose to turn that program off.
In some cases a program may not have user community results. This is normal behavior when a program is new and not enough data been collected for an accurate rating.
