How to Pay
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Purchase Orders are only accepted from government and educational institutions.
Purchase Orders are only accepted from previously authorized government and educational institutions for order amounts over $1,000.00. They must be faxed to 323.978.4894 or mailed to:

A sales tax of 9.75% will apply to purchases made by California residents where physical product shipment is requested.
iolo offers free evaluation downloads of all of our products to ensure that the software meets your needs and functions on your PC. If you are interested in purchasing any of our products, we encourage you to download and evaluate our applications before purchasing them. This is a risk-free way of ensuring you are getting exactly what you want before spending any money.

Our products are sold through various channels under various discounts, promotions, and purchase incentives. We are not responsible for refunding any difference between an original purchase price and the price of a third-party vendor or a subsequent special promotion price offered through iolo technologies.
Automatic Maintenance Renewal
If you choose to automatically renew your maintenance (and/or choose not to opt out of such service), the credit card or other payment method used at the time of purchase will be charged the then-applicable renewal fee at the end of your initial maintenance period. Thereafter, the renewal fee will be charged at the start of each maintenance period, unless you cancel the automatic maintenance renewal prior to the start of the relevant period. You may update your automatic maintenance renewal preferences by creating and/or logging into your iolo Account. iolo technologies reserves the right to change the maintenance renewal prices at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on this Web site or through electronic mail.
Please note that certain product features and functions are dependent on and require ongoing updates from iolo (maintenance). A period of maintenance (generally one year) is included in the initial service period associated with the product. After this initial service period expires, you must renew your service to continue to receive access to such features and functions. Read more.
Some countries require additional customs fees. These fees are not included in the price of our shipping and are the responsibility of the receiving party.
Loyal Customer Discounts
Discounts on subsequent purchases are occasionally offered to existing customers who have purchased directly from iolo in the past. One example of such a discount is the Loyal Customer Discount, where a previous iolo order number may be used as a coupon code for discounts on future purchases. The Loyal Customer Discount coupon can only be used on a single purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.
The Loyal Customer Discount coupon also may not apply to the following:
- Product upgrades or multi-user site licenses
- Costs of shipping
- Taxes or other government fees
- System Mechanic Mobile Toolkit products

Promotional Gift Certificates
Promotional Gift Certificates may only be used on a single purchase, cannot have a remaining balance, and cannot be combined with other offers, including, but not limited to, promotional coupon codes, advertising partners, and other promotions.

Online Order Discrepancies
If you have a discrepancy with an order placed directly with iolo, including issues regarding mistakes with the items purchased and/or the amount charged, direct your questions and comments to iolos Customer Care Department.
