From the Individual Tools pane, click Ensure Personal Privacy.

What they do:

The Ensure Personal Privacy tools permanently erase the tracks of Internet activity and deleted data.

Why use them:

Anyone who has access to your computer can see the Web sites you have visited, even after deleting files from your browser cache. Additionally, a file deleted through Windows is not completely erased; even though you can't see the file, someone using easily available tools can recover it and view its contents.

Securely Erase Private Data. Protect privacy by removing temporary Internet files, cookies, history files, and more.

Incinerator

Securely Delete Files. Permanently delete selected files or folders.
