System Troubleshooter: Troubleshoot System Problems

To access:

From the Individual Tools pane, click Repair Problems and then click Start next to Troubleshoot System Problems.

What it does:

Based on the symptoms your PC is experiencing, the Troubleshoot System Problems wizard recommends which System Mechanic tools and Windows tools can help your system recover.

Why use it:

If your PC has become unstable or unusable, it can be hard to know where to start with troubleshooting and repairs.

Use the Troubleshoot System Problems wizard to read recommended solutions and access the tools that will help you regain the stable use of your computer.
