After being on hold 3 time totalling about 3 hours I finally got tech support. The wait was agonizing. The tech support was great. He solved my issue very quickly and let me write how to do what I needed so I can do it on my own next time.

passwords that I saved would be deleted by System mechanic the next time it ran. Your tech joined a session with me and unchecked items to prevent further deletions
My email had been scammed and it was fixed also a couple of items were on that I had not ordered and were removd.
your tech was able to show me how to recover my bookmarks but the passwords that were stored did not return. Luckily I have them all written down so I would bring them all back.

The first Tech took about a hour, then was transfered to a second, then to a third, the final one was about 20 minutes and was able to fet me up and going
The technician knew exactly what was needed and performed the needed action. He also showed me how/where the problem originated from and how to resolve it along with other actions that I might want to take.
Second tech did a great job. The first tech spent too much time trying to sell me more products. Don't want to worry about new products when I'm worried about getting my current problem fixed.

Frustrating when calls back from support team went straight to voicemail on my phone instead of ringing so I could answer. Otherwise, the support team was extremely helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable.
Some Malware infected my computer. It had deleted info from my computer. He was able to restore it for me. It was not a simple fix. I appreciate his help beyond saying.
He helped me install and update my "get my drivers" though I do not know why it was not working or not updated. Anyway he say it is now updated He helped e also answer some questions I had and demonstrated the answers on the computer..
The iolo support team was as helpful as they could be; their attempts were thwarted by Microsoft's failure to provide a required file (.dll) in the latest compatible version of MS Visual C++ to enable Windows 7 to use the iolo VPN. My VPN had to be deleted.
Initial person explained options to reduce my costs for services. Second person demonstrated a good body of knowledge of computer issues and was able tohelp me.
I ended up with 3 It guys as the server had an issue and then we got disconnected but in the end the last IT person checked a lot of apps it seems I am now going to enjoy a computer working like new. Thanks team
