 Customers who have purchased System Mechanic or Search and Recover products as a monthly service from AOL Product Central, and have questions about their purchase, subscription or renewal (including refunds), can use the following methods to contact AOL:
- Login to your account management area on https://aolproductcentral.aol.com/ and click My Account
- Contact AOL by email at support@aolproductcentral.com and their customer care team will follow up directly
- Contact AOL’s billing voicemail box and leave a message

 AOL UK: call 0808-234-9279
If you would like to cancel your service:
- Go to your AOL My Account at myaccount.aol.com
- If prompted to sign in, do so using your AOL screen name and password
- You will then be brought to the My Services tab. Click on System Mechanic/Search and Recover
- Click Cancel Service
